Death

Death comes for us all, and it something every Human has in common.

How we think about Death can drastically alter our actions and motivations.

Because of my Mom's Mom's suicide, I was well-accustomed with speaking and thinking about Death at a young age. I was confronted early on with weighing the rationality behind big-time decisions. My Mom believed that suicide is never the right options, since it leaves behind more pain for those who love you, and if you are conscious after you commit suicide, you also may sorely regret the pain you caused others. (Let alone if there is a righteous God who feels you have taken away something which wasn't yours to give/take--the breath of Life)..While my Mom didn't believe that anything can separate us from God's love (even a sometimes categorized "mortal sin" like suicide, she believed that God wants more for us.

Worldview is everything... it influences:

speed

motivation

purpose

decisions

direction

values

endurance

Additionally, from a business standpoint, smart project people work backwards with the END GOAL in mind. Without an expected END GOAL, it is impossible to work backwards.

This idea effects literally every thought in our brains whether conscious or sub.

Within each thought we have multiple motivations wiggling for control...having a single direction without doubt drastically sharpens resolve and legacy.

So whether you believe in God or not, it seems prudent to make a decision with regards to your END... While we don't know how we will die or when, we can choose to live everyday in a way that any moment can be our last and our life will have been WELL LIVED.

You might want to create a daily values code for yourself to uphold your direction and purpose, maintaining consistent value day in and day out.

Here's an example of my daily code in case it gives you ideas for yourself..
